About The Role
  • Serve as the IMO focal point for all internal and external taskings, coordinate with the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Executive Operations staff and other IMO groups to ensure alignment and avoid duplication.
  • Assist IMO groups such as
IMO/IRRG
with FOIA search and review taskings to internal ODNI components, and IMO/RMG records management task requirements such as records control schedule review and Capstone action using NCERTS.
  • Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
  • Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
  • Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
  • Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
  • Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization Qualifications
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Requires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience
  • Experience in the following is required:
  • Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
  • Receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
  • Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
  • Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.
S. Government and Private Sector entities

Target Salary Range:
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
