Job Description

Provide subject matter expertise for U.S. Government contracts, including the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS) contract clauses. Assist program manager to prepare, analyze and manage proposal content, review the scope of work, and participate in team reviews. Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and operational risks and options for mitigation. Negotiate customer orders and contract modifications including SOWs, engineering change proposals, clauses or provisions, etc. Manage contracts, deliverables, deadlines, contract terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare customer communications, including program review meetings, business correspondence, in-person meetings, and coordinating with functional departments to ensure contract performance. Maintain accurate and complete contract files. Ensure compliance with Global Directives, corporate policies, contract provisions and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with program team members to ensure accuracy and completeness from a technical perspective.
