The Position Our client is seeking a Contract Operations Coordinator to manage the operational side of the commercial contract lifecycle. This role serves as the connection point between Sales, Legal, and cross-functional business partners, ensuring commercial contracts move efficiently from intake through legal review. Beyond coordinating the day-to-day contract process, this individual will play an important role in refining and improving contract operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience coordinating commercial contract workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive greater efficiency. Experience supporting sales contracting environments is highly preferred. This position has a targeted start date of August 17. Candidates must commit to being on-site in Elkton, MD three days a week throughout the duration of this 6 month, 40 hour per week position. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $40 and $45. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
