None •The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for talented Knowledge Manger with experience in/around the Fort Meade, Maryland area. You'll use your Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) experience to support the customer's strategy for advancing national defense goals and objectives.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, program managers, and task leads to strategically identify, prioritize, and document requirements and translate into business processes and SharePoint workflows.
- This entails knowledge creation, capture, sharing (collaboration), use, and transfer while ensuring consistency, standardization, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable policies. Develop, create, and design knowledge management strategies and frameworks to integrate and synchronize knowledge management across the contract.
- Design, develop and deploy solutions in Confluence and SharePoint.
- Maintain a web presence to support strategic communications, to include a central web site to facilitate contract communications, materials, and other strategic communication products.
- Provide document storage and management for all stakeholders. Manage and maintain access controls.
- Communicate details to contractors and customers about the knowledgebase contents, access rights, and intellectual property.
- Train and brief groups/teams on maintenance and control of knowledgebase.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of existing SharePoint and Confluence Portals; create and submit service desk tickets; troubleshoot and debug any issues on the portal; prepare for migrations.
- Create and maintain design framework documentation and user guides.
- Constantly monitor and test current applications to verify configurations and maintain constant functionality.
- Serve as the backup to the program Staffing Coordinator as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Top Secret/Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a knowledge manager, or related role, supporting a DoD customer.
