You Have:

Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture effortsExperience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analysesExperience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partnersExperience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizesExperience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teamsSecret clearanceBachelor's degree

Experience working with DoW acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholdersExperience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partnersExperience briefing executive-level stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multitasking environmentAbility to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured effortsPossession of excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and business acumen skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
