Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! •This is for a future opportunity•MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Information Technology Task Lead to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD . The Information Technology Task Lead will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the IT directorate. In this role, you will provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy program requirements. You will facilitate Government and Contractor communications, apply industry-best standards to track and document activities, and ensure high quality and efficiency across all contract deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide overall management and oversight of all contractor and subcontractor personnel and activities to satisfy all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) to facilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor leadership. Use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities for continuous Government monitoring and evaluation. Ensure the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Contractor performance across all functional areas. Assist the Government with financial and business processes related to contract execution, excluding inherently Governmental functions. Exercise authorized decision-making power to commit the prime contractor's organization and proactively alert the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations.
