Expected salary range of $60,460 to $67,178, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to assist in the acquisition of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing permits for all state and local counties. The ideal candidate should understand electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes. The Permit Coordinator will assist the Permits Supervisor in ensuring all company trade licenses and insurance documentation are up-to-date and compliant with regulations. This position requires working in an office setting with a team atmosphere. This position is not a hybrid position. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely permit acquisition for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects across various state and local jurisdictions, while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards. Assist the Permits Supervisor to maintain and renew company trade licenses, ensuring they are current and valid. Keep accurate records of all permits and licenses. Monitor changes in permitting requirements and provide guidance to the team on permitting processes and regulatory updates. Build and maintain strong working relationships with inspectors and jurisdictional authorities. Review incoming electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects to ensure submitted information is sufficient for required permits and that projects comply with Constellation Home best practices and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Strong knowledge of state and local permit regulations and requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2-years of experience in permit management, preferably in the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing industries Proficiency in relevant software and tools Preferred Qualifications Journeyman trade license in
