Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Contracts Administrator/Paralegal for their client located in Ann Arbor on a direct hire basis. In office
Summary :
The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of company contracts, supporting corporate governance activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and outside counsel, providing clear, actionable guidance while maintaining organized, audit-ready records.Duties/Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and summarize contracts, identifying risks and key business considerations. Prepare contract summaries, revisions, and related documentation. Support contract standardization, digitization, and compliance initiatives. Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files, records, and payment schedules. Track contract deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements. Draft and manage NDAs and confidentiality agreements. Coordinate with outside legal counsel and escalate legal matters as needed. Support corporate governance activities, including meeting minutes and corporate records administration. Serve as Registered Agent for legal notices and assist with KYC documentation requests. Manage trademark renewals and perform additional duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management tools. Strong contract drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to assess risk, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines. Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in contracts, legal operations, compliance, or paralegal support in a corporate environment. Experience working with external legal counsel and supporting corporate governance activities preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and support cross-functional stakeholders. Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
