We're looking for a highly organized and versatile professional to join our team as a Business Services Administrator. This unique role provides exposure to legal administration, compliance coordination, human resources support, facilities management, and executive operations. You'll work directly with executive leadership and play a key role in helping the business operate efficiently while supporting a wide variety of strategic and administrative initiatives. About the Role We're seeking a proactive Business Services Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities across several business functions. This position was created to provide legal administration and compliance support while also serving as a key resource for HR, facilities, and executive operations. The ideal candidate has experience in legal administration, contract management, paralegal work, or executive support and is comfortable balancing projects, coordinating activities, and driving tasks to completion. What You'll Do Coordinate the preparation, routing, execution, and maintenance of contracts, customer agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs Manage contract renewals, deadlines, key obligations, and document repositories Coordinate communications and document requests with outside legal counsel Maintain corporate records, business licenses, registrations, and legal documentation Support litigation-related document collection and legal hold activities Coordinate compliance initiatives, including regulatory reporting, certifications, customer requests, and audit preparation Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely follow-up on action items Assist with privacy-related administration and customer compliance inquiries Support recruiting, onboarding, employee programs, and HR administrative processes Maintain employee records and support organizational initiatives Coordinate meetings, executive support activities, and internal communications Manage vendors, contractors, office services, and facilities-related activities Support continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and special projects Prepare reports, metrics, summaries, and documentation for leadership What We're Looking For Must-Haves Associate's Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in legal administration, contract administration, compliance coordination, business operations, executive administration, or related experience Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications Preferred Bachelor's Degree Paralegal certification or legal administration background Experience supporting contract administration and outside legal counsel Experience supporting regulatory compliance activities and audits Human Resources administration experience Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience coordinating facilities or vendor management activities What Makes You Successful You're highly organized and thrive when managing multiple projects You're a self-starter who takes ownership and works independently You're comfortable operating in a role with a broad and evolving scope You excel at prioritizing competing demands and meeting deadlines You maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality You enjoy supporting leadership and helping teams stay organized and efficient You're adaptable, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed Why Join Us Direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to help shape a newly created role Diverse responsibilities spanning legal, compliance, HR, and business operations Collaborative and supportive work environment Stable, growing organization with a strong reputation in manufacturing Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business Competitive salary and bonus opportunity Additional Information Occasional travel to company locations in Michigan and Georgia Support for quarterly Saturday Board meetings (approximately four times per year) Ready to Make an Impact?
