Construction Administrator - Major Projects ???? Grand Rapids, MI (On-site) ???? $30-$40/hour

Health Dental Vision 401(k) PTO Paid Holidays We are hiring a Construction Administrator to support Project Managers on large-scale construction projects. This is a strong fit for someone who's already worked in construction and understands how projects actually run-documentation, billing, coordination-not just general admin work. What you'll be doing:

• Supporting PMs with day-to-day project coordination
• Managing RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
• Assisting with AIA billing and invoicing
• Working in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Tracking procurement, permits, and project documentation What we're looking for:
• 2+ years in construction administration
• Experience supporting active jobs/projects
• Familiarity with Procore and/or Bluebeam
