Job Description
The Service Contracts Sales and Profitability Manager will have responsibility for growing Service Contracts sales with a focus on dealer sales actions, direct sales marketing and national sales program planning. This role will coordinate with suppliers and field teams to drive business improvement and revenue growth through the execution of sales actions and initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include:
Sales LeadershipDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets with a focus on dealer sales in ancillary products and consumer direct marketing of service contractsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand service contract sales, penetration and dealer loyaltyBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and Industry partnersSupport service contract sales nationally in various roles and responsibilitiesSales Reporting and Analysis LeadershipLead monthly NA sales analysis by market and provide key reports to Service Contracts and Mopar leadershipCoordinate reporting with Global Service Contracts team for consolidation across Parts & Services organizationMonitor and analyze financial performance metrics, implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targetsProject ManagementThrough analysis of portfolio sales achievement, lead actions from ideation through execution phasesMaintain overall NA Service Contracts business plan for ancillary products and consumer direct marketing programs You will have the opportunity to:
Lead the US field team actionsfor ancillary products and direct marketing sales to achieve high performance targetsInteract with regional Mopar Teams for process optimization across AftersalesInterface with key stakeholders and suppliers from sales, marketing, and operationsBuild relationships with business centers, dealers and large dealer groups and cross-functional teams in efforts to build sustainable Service Contract operationsWork on a team to deliver key business cases to improve business profitabilityCollaborate with third-party vendors on data-driven solutions to drive growthIdentify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting and forecast procedures

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business discipline, Engineering or other related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in a similar roleDemonstrated experience in building a feasible business case to support business growthProven analytical capabilitiesAbility to synthesize data from disparate sources, creating insights and identifying actionsProcess-oriented with innovation aptitudeProblem-solving skillsComfortable being uncomfortable; drive productive disruptionCollaborative leadership approach with a team player mindsetPreferred Qualifications:
