AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

THE POSITION
The Warranty Administrator prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the manufacturer.

Chrysler Expierence Preferable Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite System, or the ability to quickly learn.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Audit work orders for manufacturer and state compliance. Match warranty claims with warranty tickets. Process warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner. Verify the criteria required by the factory. Post credits. Report warranty errors to Service Manager and Service Team. Keep schedules current. Any other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
