Job Description

Job Summary We are a small AS9100 certified Aerospace/Defense manufacturing company and are looking for a highly capable on-site full-time business manager/quality coordinator who can run shipping, quoting, order administration, invoicing, job closeout, purchasing coordination, customer communication and the administrative side of our AS9100 system. We are looking for someone exceptionally organized who can operate independently with AS9100 and government orders. Duties Enter government and non-government quotes and purchase orders in ERP system. Handle entering all info in government websites. Ensure all government contracts are shipped per contract requirements and correct paperwork is in the box. Answer phone and maintain office equipment and supplies. Review packaging and shipping requirements on government contracts. Print labels for shipping and government jobs. Handle all AS9100 documentation including auditing quality systems and working with Registrar. Experience Associates or Bachelor's degree and 2 years manufacturing office experience OR a minimum 6 years manufacturing management experience in a Job shop. Excellent organizational abilities
AS9100, ISO
9001, aerospace, machining or other regulated manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. You don't have to know everything about AS9100 when you walk through the door. We can teach the right person our system.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
