We specialize in designing, producing, and installing custom signage systems for commercial, retail, and public spaces, delivering both functional precision and aesthetic excellence. About This Role We have work moving and we need someone who can keep up with it. That means hands-on SignAgent proficiency, confident Mutoh operation across multiple sign types, and the kind of attention to detail that keeps a project on track. This is a contract role with contract-to-hire potential. We build great teams intentionally and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that. Duties Manage sign data in SignAgent including organization, categorization, and entry for contractor review and approval Operate the Mutoh wide-format printer across multiple sign types per project specifications Oversee signage installation at client sites, ensuring compliance with design plans and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to keep production and installation on schedule Troubleshoot sign manufacturing equipment and resolve issues quickly to avoid project delays Apply working knowledge of sign materials, specialty finishes, and print production best practices Conduct quality control inspections during production and post-installation Maintain accurate documentation including project progress, installation logs, and QC reports Support sign customization using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools as needed Qualifications Hands-on SignAgent experience — required, not a nice-to-have Proven Mutoh operation skills across varied sign types Background in sign manufacturing, fabrication, or production Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals: typography, color management, layout Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or CorelDRAW Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs accurately Physical ability to handle sign components safely during installation Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams without hand-holding WordPress, HTML/CSS, or digital signage integration experience is a plus but not required for this role.
