Job Description We are searching for a Subcontract Administrator II at our Combat Mission Systems sites. This role will allow you to take an active role in participation of many varied subcontracting activities during the Programs' lifecycle including: sourcing activities, proposal activities, issuing bids (RFI, RFQs & RFPs), analyzing costs, reviewing supplier bid proposals for accuracy and completeness, drafting of subcontracts, participate in negotiations, invoicing and purchase order payment activities. You will administer subcontract purchase orders end-to-end, from requisition through modification and close out, ensuring accuracy of pricing, funding and compliance with contract flow down requirements and internal procedures. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Strong logical thinking, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members, internal customers and suppliers Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Prefer prior experience as a Purchasing Assistant or Buyer with relevant applications in a defense contractor environment Experience using Oracle or an MRP/ERP system
