Description:
Warranty Administrator About the Role The Warranty Administrator processes all warranty claims, ensures compliance with OEM policies, and supports accurate documentation for payment recovery. Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities Submit warranty claims accurately and timely. Review repair orders for proper documentation. Verify technician notes, labor times, and parts usage. Communicate with OEM for claim status or corrections. Maintain warranty schedules and reconcile unpaid claims. Coordinate with Service Advisors on warranty approvals. Assist Technicians with proper documentation. Monitor recall requirements and documentation. Support audits and record retention. Stay current on OEM warranty policy changes. Additional Responsibilities Assist with internal warranty training.
Requirements:
Qualifications 1-2 years warranty experience preferred. Strong understanding of repair order documentation. Ability to interpret OEM policy guidelines. High attention to detail. Work Environment Office environment with interaction in shop areas. Physical Requirements Sitting, paperwork handling Schedule Full-time; increased work at month-end. KPIs Claim Accuracy Claim Recovery Rate Timeliness Audit Compliance Compensation $22-$32/hr (based on experience and performance)
