Job Description

Contract- Certified Dietary Manager:
26-week travel assignment in or near Carlton, Minnesota. The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in dietary services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily management of dietary services within the long-term care facility Develop, implement, and monitor menus that meet nutritional standards and residents' dietary restrictions Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and appropriate meal delivery and dietary care Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to food safety and dietary services Supervise dietary staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in dietary management or food service administration preferred Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred; ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification; CPR certification Minimum of 1 year of experience in dietary management or food service within a healthcare setting; experience with long-term care facilities Ability to work dayshift (8 AM - 5 PM); strong organizational and communication skills; must be able to work independently and as part of a team
