We foster programs in the areas of basic, translational, mechanistic and population research. Position Summary We are seeking a Grants and Contracts Administrator. Key duties- Support preparation and coordination of NIH pre-award submissions, ensuring alignment with ACTG priorities and sponsor requirements Track and manage proposal timelines and deliverables to support timely submission of complex, multi-component applications Develop and compile proposal components, including budgets, budget justifications, biosketches, letters of support and supporting documentation Facilitate communication between ACTG investigators, study staff, and UNC institutional offices to resolve pre-award submission needs Review proposal packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to routing through RAMSeS and OSP submission Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Management Preferences Prior experience with NIH pre-award process.
