Job Description
We're partnering with our client, an organization supporting business operations, to find a talented Contracts Administrator. This temporary role is based in a hybrid on-site/off-site environment and lasts between 27 and 52 weeks. It offers a unique opportunity to support contract development and management.
Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of contracts and subcontracts throughout their entire lifecycle. Assist in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and communicating with clients. Monitor contractual performance to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Interpret contract terms, review costs and schedules for regulatory adherence. Maintain records, support contract negotiations, and produce related documentation.Contracts Administrator Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred. Entry-level experience of 1-3 years in contract administration, proposals, procurement, or related fields. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce; familiarity with PowerPoint, Project, and Access is a plus.Perks and Benefits:
