CONTRACT OPERATIONS ANALYST

Hourly Rate:

$32.00/hr

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager of Contract Operations, the Analyst is responsible for supporting price activation processes through execution of letters of commitment, customer setup and maintenance, GPO group transitions, and local contract management. This role supports commercial sales contracts across multiple U.S. business segments while ensuring accurate and timely contract implementation to support operational and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute letters of commitment (LOC), customer setup and maintenance (CS&M), GPO transitions, and local contracts for new and renewal agreements Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external pricing activation and membership inquiries Collaborate with distributor partners, GPOs, sales teams, commercial operations, and customers Support enterprise operational capabilities, governance, policy execution, and process optimization Ensure external partners and customers align with strategic business objectives Manage high-volume inquiries efficiently using automation and reporting tools Research, analyze, and resolve stakeholder requests promptly and accurately Facilitate internal and external meetings to address contract and pricing concerns Support business and membership strategies related to customer pricing eligibility Manage pricing activation transitions, ensuring accurate roster alignment and setup of effective dates Process member account additions and removals across multiple ERP systems Utilize BOTs and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency Prepare and distribute dealer notifications regarding pricing and membership changes Maintain centralized documentation of pricing exceptions and contract playbooks Communicate time-sensitive membership exceptions to cross-functional teams Identify local agreements impacted by GPO transitions using Power BI and reporting tools Support contract loading processes and testing activities with distributor partners Partner with business stakeholders to improve contract execution and renewal processes Participate in distributor calls and resolve pricing accuracy issues

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong contract operations or pricing support experience Experience with GPOs, pricing activation, customer setup, or membership management preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with ERP systems, automation tools, and reporting platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
