Prepare and submit all warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner. Offer warranty support and guidance to Technicians, Advisors, and Management to ensure compliance with warranty policies. Review and analyze warranty claims for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and communications. Update warranty schedules. Collaborate with the service team to resolve warranty-related issues and improve processes. Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. 3 years Warranty Administrator experience Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
