JOB SUMMARY
The FalconCare Maintenance Representative (FMR) is responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of FalconCare claims including making recommendations with respect to cost effective repair options while ensuring that Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) meets its contractual support obligations to these programs. The FMR manages a portfolio of customers, he/she is the main point of contact for those customers for any questions related to their contract administration. Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes. Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and control associated costs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
(ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
): Responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of FalconCare claims including: Review of maintenance transactions and invoices, prepare documentation for invoice payment, process warranty labor and commercial program claims, categorize expenses, produce documents and reports as required by Dassault groups in charge of delivering support services. Provide ad hoc on-site support for major inspections (travel required); meet with Service Center Maintenance team to review pending questions while customer aircraft is still in the hangar. Provide answers to questions regarding FalconCare, warranty and commercial program coverage Recommend cost effective repair options while ensuring DFJ meets contractual support obligations to programs Assist review and processing of FalconCare and warranty invoices Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution if invoicing/coverage disputes and to control associated costs Analyze expenses elements to focus company attention on cost savings areas Coordinate/assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Service Reps, Command Center, Service Engineering) Provide training to customers and service center personnel on FalconCare & Warranty processes Assist in the preparation of documents and reports for FalconCare customers Coordinate with operator as required to ensure data is being updated in CAMP or other approved maintenance tracking service.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4 years' college degree (preferably technical or aviation) or equivalent experience Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons Minimum of (2) years of experience in a customer facing position with proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns Solid understanding of business; make sound financial decisions in maintenance, warranty and aircraft repairs Excellent database management and PC skills Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers in a professional manner - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups to keep schedules and deadlines Self starter who takes initiative and works with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with staff and customers
NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
(NON-ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
): Make recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost-efficient maintenance Assist Dassault and Authorized Service Centers in the establishment and/or periodic review of new flat rated scheduled maintenance tasks and frequently seen unscheduled maintenance tasks Review in-service aircraft prior to enrollment Other duties as assigned by management
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office Environment Travel to various Service Centers to oversee maintenance work orders and answer main coverage questions prior aircraft departure (for selected maintenance events) Occasional overtime and weekend work to meet deadlines
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
FAA A&P license desired Aviation Management experience Basic knowledge of accounting principles BS or related studies French/English bilingual
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The compensation for this position typically falls between $85,000 and $95,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime.

the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications.
