We supply quality floors to the entertainment, education and production/events industries. Currently our American office located in Moorestown, New Jersey is searching for a Technical Manager. The successful candidate must have a construction background, hands on or practical knowledge of flooring, detail oriented, and good communication and organizational skills. General knowledge of flooring installation Source material for projects Able to read Blueprints/Specifications Complete Flooring Bid requests Work with Contracts Director to provide estimates for dance floors Coordinate project installation scheduling Skills Basic computer skills - Microsoft office, Excel, Google Docs, Sales Force Familiar with carpenter/flooring labor wage rates Work with contracts team members & sales department in product knowledge & development Positive attitude & friendly outlook Able to work under pressure, prioritizing to meet deadlines, juggling busy workload and multi-tasking High Attention to detail Self-motivated, efficiently managing own time, as well as part of a team
