Job Description

This is a Long-term Contract opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can interpret lease documents, manage financial and administrative records, and respond accurately to questions related to invoices, rent, dates, addresses, and square footage. The ideal candidate brings prior lease administration experience, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to work confidently within Salesforce and related database tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day lease administration tasks across assigned accounts, ensuring records remain accurate from lease setup through ongoing maintenance.
  • Review lease documents, amendments, and supporting materials to verify key terms, dates, space details, and financial obligations.
  • Process rent-related items, invoices, and payment activities in workflow systems while coordinating with accounts payable functions as needed.
  • Perform reconciliations for small to mid-sized client portfolios to confirm operating expenses and charges are aligned with lease agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries involving notices, billing discrepancies, square footage, property information, and critical lease dates.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date information in Salesforce and other lease administration databases to support reporting and audit readiness.
  • Monitor incoming correspondence and documentation, translating lease provisions into accurate system updates and actionable next steps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support property and facilities-related administration while meeting service expectations in a remote environment
