Job Description

Contracts Administrator Position Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and agreements. This role will support contract preparation, review, execution, compliance tracking, and document management while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met. Responsibilities Draft, review, process, and maintain contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documentation Track contract milestones, expiration dates, renewals, and compliance requirements Coordinate contract approvals and execution with internal departments and external parties Maintain organized contract records and documentation within company systems Assist with contract negotiations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Support audits, reporting, and risk management initiatives related to contractual obligations Serve as a liaison between legal, finance, operations, vendors, and customers Monitor contract performance and resolve administrative issues as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of contract administration, legal support, procurement, or related experience Experience reviewing and managing commercial agreements and contract documentation Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills Preferred Experience supporting government, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or professional services contracts Familiarity with contract compliance, vendor management, and procurement processes Experience working with ERP, CRM, or contract lifecycle management platforms
