The core of this role involves support of project proposals, contracts, invoicing, compliance reporting, and closeout. In addition, this role offers an opportunity for training toward a role with GPI's growing Right-of-Way (ROW) Services Group. Work within this group involves working with property owners involved in planned construction projects requiring easements and acquisitions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating closely with Project Managers and Construction Inspectors, throughout the project lifecycle as well as performing outreach and working in-person with property owners engaged in the ROW process.
