Job Description Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Track and report project progress, identifying any issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budgets. Assist with procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Support the construction team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Administrator should have: Experience with construction project coordination or administration. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in relevant software for project management and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually.
