About the Company We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Leasing Coordinator to support commercial leasing activities within our corporate real estate team. This role is responsible for preparing leasing documentation, financial analyses, and internal approval materials, while coordinating closely with ownership and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial lease knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. About the Role This role is responsible for preparing leasing documentation, financial analyses, and internal approval materials, while coordinating closely with ownership and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Prepare Requests to Lease Premises (also referred to as Property Commitment Records), summarizing key lease terms for ownership approval. Draft expanded leasing documents incorporating terms from Letters of Intent (LOIs) and preliminary agreements. Review and analyze commercial lease agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency with approved business terms. Develop and maintain lease proformas and supporting financial analyses using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate leasing activity across internal teams and external partners to support transaction execution. Maintain organized, accurate leasing records and documentation. Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a small-team, high-pressure environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience within a corporate real estate department. Strong understanding of commercial leasing and lease documentation. Demonstrated experience preparing Requests to Lease Premises / Property Commitment Records. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lease proformas and financial modeling. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, and analytics tools. Required Skills Strong commercial lease knowledge. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Pay range and compensation package $65,000- $95,000 DOE
