Job Description

Job Overview We are Seeking an experienced Contract Analyst to support procurement and contract management activities for construction and capital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing RFPs, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement operations within construction or capital project environments. This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must be local to Long Island, NY for occasional project site visits and in-person meetings. Responsibilities Manage procurement and contract administration activities for construction and capital projects Develop and manage RFPs, purchase orders, contracts, amendments, and change orders Perform bid analysis and support contract negotiations Support supplier qualification, supplier management, and vendor relations Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers Conduct pre-bid meetings and support project site visits Monitor contract deliverables and procurement activities Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Support supplier diversity initiatives and procurement compliance Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, and Power Advocate as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of procurement/contracts experience Strong experience supporting construction and capital projects Experience with RFP processes and contract negotiations Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor s Degree required Preferred Qualifications FEMA contract experience preferred but not mandatory Experience with SAP, Ariba, or Power Advocate preferred but not mandatory
