• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. As a Construction Site Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Lead daily operations on the construction site, supervising subcontractors, tradespeople, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to meet deadlines Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial targets Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities accurately Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards such as OSHA regulations Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms are met and documented properly Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Conduct regular site safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance to maintain a safe working environment Perform project scheduling adjustments as needed based on progress reports and unforeseen challenges Oversee procurement of materials through pipeline management systems and coordinate deliveries efficiently Use technical equipment such as ohmmeters for quality testing when required during electrical or instrumentation work Experience Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites with a track record of successful project delivery Supervising experience in construction environments with strong leadership capabilities Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols Familiarity with industry-standard construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid or equivalent tools Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for various types of construction projects Strong understanding of contracts management and negotiation skills with clients and vendors Construction site experience involving diverse trades including electrical testing with tools like ohmmeters is preferred Join us to lead innovative projects that shape communities!
