The Senior Staff Contracts Management representative will work under the Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic Systems (REAS) Market Segment. Main support will fall within the Airborne Radars Portfolio. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment managing contracts, negotiating directly with U.S. Government customers and interacting with their respective programmatic teams. Direct interface with USG and other customers such as the US Navy, DLA, and other branches of the military. They will review customer requests for proposals and offer alternate approaches to mitigate risks involving schedule, cost, specifications, etc. The Contracts Management Sr. Staff representative will maintain communication with cross-functional organizations and customers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to execute the required actions on time. The Contracts Management Sr. Staff representative will ensure contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. - Excellent interpersonal skills; effective in a dynamic team environment and at building relationships with Customers.
- Experience with USG and commercial Terms and Conditions in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals and administration.
- Experience with USG (FAR/DFARS) and commercial Intellectual Property terms and licenses.
- Ability to make effective presentations to senior management and customers
- Analytical thinking, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions, providing governance to the program team in carrying out the terms of the contract.
- Commercial contract drafting experience and experience with various contract types and contracting vehicles.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated abilities to develop customer relationships, provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy.
- Knowledge of various contract types ( CPFF, CPIF, FFP, FPIF, T&M, OTA)
- Ability to work independently and Task oriented and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
- Knowledge of Government property management, data rights, and proposals.
- Complete understanding and application of Government contracting principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700- $196,880.

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400- $222,640.
