Primary responsibility will be focused on the effective Subcontract Management activities related to facility design & construction supplier solutions efforts across various S4R programs with in the Missile Defense and Space Surveillance (MD&SS) portfolio. In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing contractual relationships with our suppliers. Every day will be unique as you tackle shortages and resolve supplier performance issues. In this role, you will make a difference to our bottom line by controlling costs through negotiation and ensuring on-time delivery.THE WORK
In this role, you will: Develop and execute acquisition strategy Manage supplier relationships and deliverables Integrate with other departments to achieve customer objectives. Compile and analyze data Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management Some business travel to supplier sites as needed Strong work ethic and good communication skills Ability to travel up to 20%WHO WE ARE

8+ years experience in Supply Chain Management, Program Management or Project Management Project management experience or experience working within cross-functional teams on negotiations, development efforts or change management projects Ability to obtain a security clearanceDesired Skills:
Working knowledge of standard contract types (FFP, Cost Reimbursable, T&M) Experienced in Subcontract Management Experienced in fixed and cost price subcontracting Control Account Manager (CAM) experience Demonstrated ability to negotiate large and small scale subcontracts with supplier investment Well versed in Risk and Opportunity management Must be able to support travel to potential subcontractors Proven flexibility to be able to multi-task and be able to support multiple complex initiatives at the same time Strong written and oral communications skills Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work with all levels of management Strong interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills includingWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Security Clearance Statement:

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900- $216,660.
Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:
