We're looking for a detail‑oriented professional with prior dealership experience who can ensure warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with manufacturer requirements. This role works closely with Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Department to support timely submission and reconciliation of warranty claims across multiple franchises. Responsibilities Review repair orders and supporting documentation for warranty eligibility and compliance Prepare, submit, and process warranty claims in a timely manner Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims Collaborate with Service Managers to resolve warranty issues and maximize claim approvals Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation Reconcile warranty schedules and receivables Audit repair orders for proper coding, labor operations, and required documentation Stay current with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and updates Communicate with manufacturer representatives regarding claim questions and approvals Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience required Prior warranty administration experience required Knowledge of manufacturer warranty systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong computer and data‑entry skills Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities The job descriptions and responsibilities above will be required but not limited to any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor.
