Full-Time, Day Onsite Summary:
The Contract Administrator will support the Legal Department with day-to-day contract management activities and contract management special projects. This role is responsible for processing agreements within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, organizing and maintaining contract records across platforms, and assisting with various contract-related initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with legal documentation and systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and process contracts within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for completeness and accuracy 2. Enter and tag contracts in accordance with established procedures and workflows 3. Monitor contract workflows to ensure timely execution 4. Organize, upload, and maintain executed and draft agreements across contract repositories 5. Apply consistent file naming conventions, metadata tagging, and document storage practices 6. Support contract audits by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible 7. Review and update contract records and metadata to maintain data integrity 8. Assist with data cleanup, migration, and normalization efforts across contract systems 9. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to obtain required information Assist with contract routing, audits, and other special projects as requested Other information: Technical Expertise Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or document management platforms required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Experience supporting an in-house legal department, healthcare organization, or regulated industry preferred. Experience with data cleanup, migration, or system implementation projects preferred. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy Ability to manage high volumes of documents and deadlines Strong organizational and file management skills Clear and professional communication Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Education and Experience 1.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Juris Doctor degree preferred. 2.
