NVH Division Contracts Manager Location:
Cary, NC; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH Responsibilities Ensures subcontracting strategies align with project goals and company policies. Reviews and interprets prime contract requirements to ensure subcontract compliance. Manages and is responsible for the NVH Small Business Program. Timely submits Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontracting Report (SSR) in accordance with the Small Business filing requirements Performs periodic audits on business classification of suppliers, and Sourcing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the Small Business Program. Organizes and participates in outreach programs, supplier development events, and training sessions to promote small business opportunities. Prepares and presents reports on small business program performance to internal and external stakeholders. Efficiently manages routine agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements and supply agreements. Reviews complex customer purchase orders, responds to Inside Sales inquiries, and escalates identified risks to the management team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of related experience Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Effective time management and prioritization skills Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) Relevant Aerospace & Defense industry experience and knowledge ofFAR/DFARS
