Job Description

The Armor Group is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the review, drafting, and administration of a variety of business agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contracts professional, law student seeking summer experience, or a new attorney looking to broaden their legal and business expertise.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including: Sales Agreements Real Estate Contracts Vendor and Supplier Agreements Intellectual Property Agreements Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Other commercial and business contracts Identify legal and business risks and provide recommendations Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business operations Maintain contract documentation and records
Qualifications:
Legal knowledge and contract review experience required Law students, recent law school graduates, and licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
Compensation:
