Job Description

Windwave is seeking a Contract Administrator to support construction and infrastructure projects by managing contracts, documentation, and compliance. This role works closely with operations and finance to ensure contracts are accurate, properly executed, and aligned with project scope, timelines, and budgets. It is a key position supporting project execution and risk management. What You'll Do Review, prepare, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements Track contract status, revisions, and compliance requirements Support change orders and contract modifications Maintain organized contract and project documentation Coordinate with project teams to align contracts with scope and timelines Identify risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in contract terms Communicate with internal teams and external partners on contract details What We're Looking For 2-5 years of contract administration or construction/project support experience Experience working with contracts, subcontracts, or legal documents Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Construction, telecommunications, or infrastructure experience Familiarity with change orders and project documentation workflows Work Environment Office-based role working closely with finance, operations, and project teams. Regular deadlines tied to project execution and contract timelines.
