The Contracts Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting through negotiation and execution and renewal of agreements ranging from standard purchase order terms and conditions to complex master agreements. The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing all contracts executed across the company, supporting many departments including Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, and corporate functions. This role ensures consistency, risk management, and operational efficiency across all contracting activities enterprise wide

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in contract management across multiple functional areas In-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Outstanding verbal and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in contract manager software and MS Suite Experience in one or more relevant industries: Energy storage, power systems, or renewable energy Data center infrastructure or critical power systems Industrial technology or hardware/software integration Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume contracts and complex agreements Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments and external partners
