$65K•70K Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor in King of Prussia, PA who is seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join their team. Position Overview We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. In this crucial role, the individual will support the efficient execution of construction contracts, manage contract-related paperwork, and maintain accurate project documentation. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with the project team and various external relationship interactions to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of construction related documents. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation, review, and administration of construction contracts, related Insurance and Bonds. Maintain an organized system for tracking contract documents, amendments, and revisions. Manage and organize project documentation, including bids, contracts, specifications, and correspondence. Assemble subcontract templates with project related information. Assist in obtaining necessary insurance certificates and bonds. Create and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of project-related information. Coordinate with project teams to collect and update necessary documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external use. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract-related documents. Qualifications Proven experience in contract administration or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software; i.e. Procore, DocuSign, and AIA software preferable Familiarity with construction contracts, terminology, processes, and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and capable of working effectively in a team environment. Education and Experience Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, Construction Management, accounting or related certificate program, paralegal studies, etc. Pennsylvania notary public commission. Preferably three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in an administrative role. Experience within the construction industry, highly desired.
