Commercial Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Manager to support a large‑scale infrastructure project within the PA Pathways PDA program. This individual will lead all contractual and commercial functions, partnering closely with project leadership to manage contracts, subcontracts, claims, risk, and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial management on major construction projects, strong contract acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while supporting long‑term project success. • Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Business / Law (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in contract/commercial management on large construction projects ($200M+), including stewardship of all contract terms and conditions
• Experience managing major subcontracts and design consultancies
• Advanced knowledge of construction contract administration and the principles of purchasing, finance, and estimating
• Proven contractual management ability
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Thorough knowledge of contract language and legal requirements
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight and demanding deadlines
• Experience working within a P3 / Design-Build environment
