The ideal candidate for this role, would previously have experience in a position dealing with Insurance. Excellent grammar, drafting, experience with file management and editing skills are preferred. Responsibilities include setting up new claims, answering phones, drafting letters and scanning mail and faxes. Must be able to multi-task and work quickly with accuracy. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and editing tasks
  • Experience in legal drafting or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • QuickBooks proficiency is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
