About Our Search Our Legal and Risk Management team is looking for a Specialist - Contracts and Governance to join our team, preferably in Baltimore.
About The Position Contracts:
Review and generate client and consultant contracts and amendments
Coordination:
Coordinate with project teams regarding contract workflow
Firmwide Communication:
Communicate and interact with all levels of the organization
Workflow:
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines to maintain flow of work, including direct interaction with the General Counsel regarding prioritization
Training:
Collaborate with other team members in creating legal/risk management trainings for the firm as well as for specifically tailored needs
Accounting & Finance:
Partner with accounting team members to initiate the contract process and review contractual needs
Insurance:
Monitor and coordinate insurance requirements
Confidential Information:
Maintain and communicate confidential and governance-related information under the direction of the firm's
General Counsel Flexibility:
Hybrid working environment with 3 core on-site days and remote flexibility for remaining days About You Bachelor's Degree At least three years of professional experience in an office environment. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented. Basic fluency with complex commercial contracts is preferred. HCM's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual's education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM's total compensation package for employees.
