W2 CONTRACT

$35-40/hr Description The Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Department partners with internal stakeholders and Dealers to process contractual change requests and support dealer compliance with Dealer Sales and Service Agreement (DSSA) and applicable state franchise statutes. The Dealer Engagement and Portfolio Specialist manages a national portfolio of contractual change requests across all 50 states, ensuring timely, accurate updates to dealer records and contracts. Key Responsibilities Manage dealer contract changes in compliance with state franchise laws and contractual agreements Process dealer activations, contract updates, and maintain accurate data across internal systems Oversee change request lifecycle (buy/sell, ownership changes, and other updates) to meet cycle time targets Partner with dealers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to gather documentation and complete proposals Provide guidance on policies, contracts, and procedures to dealers and field teams Track and report progress on active change requests, ensuring timely updates and compliance Support documentation, correspondence, and contract execution using internal tools and systems Analysis & Support Perform financial and operational analysis to support dealer proposals and network decisions Review candidate and dealer data, forecasts, and background checks Operations & Continuous Improvement Manage communications, documentation, and dealer records Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and productivity #LI-WH1 #INDOEM
