About Us We are a wellness center located in Castalia, OH, offering an unique in mix of services including counseling, equine-assisted therapy, yoga, sound baths, tai-chi, retreats, and meditation/labryrinth. Our property includes a 1,200 sq ft space with a full kitchen on 3 peaceful acres, used for retreats, workshops, and private rentals. We provide a calm, nature-based environment for healing, connection, and group experiences. Position Overview We are seeking a contract Marketing Specialist to help grow awareness and increase bookings across: Wellness services Retreats and workshops Space rentals Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a practical, results-focused marketing plan Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Capture or direct on-site content (photos, short-form video preferred) Promote events, retreats, and seasonal offerings Improve local visibility (Google Business, SEO, listings) Support paid ads if applicable Track what's working and adjust accordingly What We're Looking For Experience in marketing (wellness, events, hospitality, or local business preferred) Ability to tell a story visually and through messaging Comfortable working independently and making recommendations
