Contracts Administrator:
Maintain and update vendor and contract information across multiple systems. Review, organize, tag, and manage contract documentation. Support the migration of contract and vendor records into new business applications. Track and report on data quality and record management activities Research, reconcile, and update historical contract and vendor information. Partner with procurement, vendor management, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy. Qualifications for the
Contracts Administrator:
Experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor management, or a related field. Experience working with contract management, document management, or procure-to-pay processes. Exposure to Coupa, IronClad, Ariba, or similar systems preferred. Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including data manipulation and data cleansing.
Salary :
