Contracts Administrator

Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a growing organization in Vineland, NJ. This company operates in the infrastructure and technology space, supporting large-scale, high-impact projects. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The role will be fully on-site (5 days/week) during the training period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

$25-$30/hour (DOE)

Duration:

6-Month Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities + Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, and order tracking + Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services + Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers + Partner with internal teams to forecast and support purchasing needs + Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP systems + Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of materials and services + Review invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal accounting teams + Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements + Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain + Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments is a plus + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail + Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
