$48.02-$68.60 Per Hr Description Join our dynamic team as a Contracts Analyst 5, working on major power construction projects. This hybrid role requires expertise in contract management and negotiation, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. You''ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize contract management software and data analysis tools. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of construction contracts, amendments, and agreements. Analyze contract terms for risks and compliance; recommend strategies to protect company interests. Monitor contract performance and manage change orders; resolve disputes effectively. Prepare executive-level reports on contract status and project milestones. Collaborate with various teams to support vendor evaluations and post-award administration. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred. 10 years of progressive experience in contract analysis/management, with 3-5 years in energy or large construction projects. Proven record in handling high-visibility contracts with executive exposure. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in contract management software and data analysis tools.
