Contracts Specialist - Aviation Industry | Remote Help Shape the Agreements That Power Global Aviation Operations PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading organization in the aviation industry to hire a Contracts Specialist supporting critical contract management activities that enable large-scale aviation operations. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on complex agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support strategic business initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Role Summary & Impact As a Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and supporting a wide range of contractual activities that directly impact business operations and customer relationships. Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across contract workflows while supporting data-driven decision-making and enterprise contract governance. This role offers meaningful exposure to contract drafting, analysis, and lifecycle management within a highly respected aviation organization. You will play a key part in maintaining contractual integrity and supporting internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, 9-month remote position working first shift (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM ET/CT preferred). What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Draft and support preparation of contractual documents, including consent letters and novation agreements Conduct detailed contract review, analysis, redlining, and cleanup/redaction Perform contractual data collection, validation, and aggregation for reporting and tracking purposes Communicate with customers and maintain contract progress tracking systems Support data room management for contract documentation and due diligence activities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership regarding contract status and updates Utilize digital tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and e-discovery platforms to support contract workflows Assist with coordination of contract-related activities across teams and business units Support contract lifecycle management with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail Participate in discussions involving M&A-related contract activities (preferred exposure) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS required) 3-4 years of contract management experience Strong experience in contract drafting, review, analysis, and administration Ability to manage multiple contract workflows and deadlines simultaneously Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail Ability to work remote Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (first shift) Must be able to list location at the top of the resume This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. Pay Details:
