Assist with contract intake, assignment, review tracking, and execution workflows. Maintain contract databases, support compliance reporting, and ensure proper internal controls are established for all legal agreements.Key Responsibilities:
Track contract intake and workflow assignments submitted for legal and document review. Package executed contracts for Senior Leadership approval and distribute to internal drives. Maintain contract databases and track provider compliance with deliverables. Interface with credentialing and data teams to ensure all information systems align. Generate monthly compliance, exception, and statistical tracking reports.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, or healthcare risk management. strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Proficiency managing, logging, and tracking contracts in database systems. Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills.
