  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, data privacy, and information security agreements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear contractual terms and scopes of work.
  • Negotiate commercial, legal, and risk-related contract provisions with third-party vendors.
  • Manage contract renewals, vendor performance issues, disputes, and contract compliance.
  • Maintain contract repositories, key milestones, renewal dates, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor software licensing, market data usage rights, vendor entitlements, and consumption-based pricing.
  • Support critical investment operations by ensuring timely execution of vendor agreements. Candidates for Contracts Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial contract management, procurement, or contracts-focused legal work.
  • Experience within investment management, asset management, private equity, fund administration, or similar financial services environments.
  • Strong negotiation experience with third-party service providers.
  • Knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, data privacy, information security, and third-party risk requirements.
  • Experience managing investment-related vendor contracts, including market data and technology providers such as Bloomberg, MSCI, S&P Global, Dow Jones, AlphaSense, PitchBook, Morningstar, eFront, and similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with software licensing models, market data agreements, and consumption-based pricing structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. What's in this Contracts Manager position for you?

    Pay Details:
